El Santo X The Foundation for the Welfare of the Mentally Retarded of Thailand

El Santo is proud to introduce a meaningful CSR and sustainability initiative in collaboration with the Foundation for the Welfare of the Mentally Retarded of Thailand, an organisation dedicated to supporting children with autism through education, skills development and community integration.
As part of this partnership, the children are nurturing and growing their own hydroponic garden. Through hands-on agricultural activities, they gain valuable life skills, confidence and a sense of achievement, while learning about responsibility and environmental care in a supportive setting.
At El Santo, we are honoured to incorporate selected produce from this hydroponic garden into our culinary creations. This initiative forms a natural extension of our Farm to Table philosophy, where ingredients are thoughtfully sourced and every dish carries a story beyond the plate. By connecting our kitchen with their garden, we create a bridge between community empowerment and conscious dining.
